Every Obia piece of furniture, whether for a bathroom, kitchen, or office, contains all the necessary elements for functional living. Our kitchen module features built-in taps, drawers, power outlets, and appliances ready for use. The office and bathroom modules are also equipped with all the necessary functional elements that you can easily click on or off in our webshop.

An Obia piece of furniture is designed to evolve and last. You can always order additional modules and expand, but you can also rearrange your layout or have your furniture refurbished. Contact us with any questions, and we will explore how we can work together to create a sustainable module that lasts.

Our materials require little maintenance. For daily use, lukewarm water and a soft cloth are sufficient. Is your furniture made of solid surface (HI-MACS)? Then warm water and a mild dishwashing liquid are enough to remove dirt. Do you have stains or do you want to give it a thorough freshening? Then we recommend CIF Cream with a cotton cloth. Microcement is easily cleaned with lukewarm soapy water. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents at all times and do not allow liquids to soak in for extended periods.

In the event of serious damage, you can count on our repair service. Solid surface can be touched up locally, while microcement can be refinished. We will prepare a customized quote for this.

After placing your order, you pay a 10% deposit. Once this has been paid, you will receive an order confirmation and we will start production.

During the production process, a second invoice for 80% will follow. Within 30 days of that payment, we will provide you with the delivery date, an update on the readiness of your order, and the shipping costs.

Delivery is to your front door via a trusted external transport company with whom we work regularly. The cost of delivery is not included in the total price of the module.

Our modules are manufactured for self-installation and are lightweight, smart, and logically constructed. Furthermore, you will receive a clear manual with an instructional video upon ordering. Adjustable feet, for example, ensure that you can easily level everything yourself, and basic tools (hex wrench, spanner, screwdriver) are sufficient to assemble your furniture.

Regarding preparation for DIY installation, we recommend:
- Ensure a clean and clear surface.
- Provide the necessary pipes, drains, and electrical cables where required.
- Always switch off the fuse before starting the connection.
- Ensure that the electricity supply remains separate from the water.
- Connect the hob to a separate fuse.
- Use double-sided tape under the legs of the furniture if underfloor heating is present.
- Ensure that the shell valves are properly mounted without leakage.
- Provide a drain diameter of 40mm. If the diameter differs, use an adapter.

Always inspect your furniture upon receipt. If anything is not in order, please contact us immediately. Send us an email within 24 hours with clear photos of the damage so we can act quickly and resolve the problem promptly.

Obia offers a standard 2-year warranty on all parts. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or material issues under normal use.

Do you notice serious damage to your furniture shortly after installation? Then please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form.

Because our modules are produced to order, there is no classic return policy like at standard webshops. However, you can always rely on our after-sales service.
